For the last 27 years, ITS Computer Systems is constantly trying to improve our service to you our valued customer.
In these trying times we are currently experiencing we have implemented the following procedures to best serve our clients while the whole world struggles to contain and possibly eradicate this virus.
Technical Support Services
There are three options for a client to log a ticket (please ensure that you furnish as much detail on the issue as possible):

You may call and log a ticket directly with our ITS Helpdesk assistant on 021 551 1801.
Our SLA Clients networks are proactively monitored on a 24/7 basis
NB: Please note Support Engineers cannot leave their homes during this lockdown for on-site visits, they can however assist remotely where possible. If an Issue requires on-site support, then unfortunately we will only be able to respond once the lockdown ends.
Sales Services
Our sales team are working remotely from home and are at your disposal for queries and quote requests. Our clients can email our sales team at This email address is being protected from spambots. Unfortunately, no physical hardware or software may be delivered while the lockdown is in place, we can however ensure procurement for our clients for when the lockdown is lifted. Electronic software and licensing options can be sold and delivered electronically at any time.
